General Conduct
  • Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 14:00 hrs and check-out is at 11:30 hrs. Late check-out may incur additional charges.
  • Breakfast Timings: 9:00 am – 11:00 am.
  • Restaurant Timings: Season: 9:00 am – 11:30 pm | Off-Season: 9:00 am – 10:00 pm.
  • Identification: Valid ID is required at check-in for all guests. Visitors allowed only with Valid ID & extra charges may apply.
  • Respect for Others: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.
  • No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited indoors. Designated areas are available.
  • Prohibited Substances: Illegal drugs or controlled substances are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in eviction & legal action.
Room Policies
  • Maintain cleanliness of your room. Damages may incur extra charges.
  • Occupancy must not exceed the stated capacity.
  • No cooking in rooms (except designated kitchenette areas).
  • Pets only allowed in designated pet-friendly rooms (extra charges may apply).
Safety and Security
  • Use the in-room safe or hotel safe for valuables.
  • Do not tamper with smoke detectors or fire equipment.
  • Keep your key card safe; lost cards may incur replacement fees.
Additional Services & Charges
  • Mini-bar consumption will be charged as per price list.
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided; avoid illegal usage.
  • Parking available; register your vehicle at reception.
  • Room service is available during specific hours.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
  • Cancellations must be made 7 days before check-in to avoid charges.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in one night’s fee.
Damage & Liability
  • Guests are responsible for property damage; repair/replacement charges apply.
  • The hotel is not liable for accidents caused by guest negligence.
Swimming Pool Rules
  • Pool hours: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm.
  • Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Shower before entering pool. Proper swimwear required.
  • No running, diving, or rough play near pool.
  • No smoking or alcohol unless provided by poolside service.
General Instructions
  • Management reserves the right to vacate guests violating rules/laws.
  • Management is not responsible for natural/political disturbances.
  • Left belongings will be stored for 3 months or sent at guest’s expense.
  • Rules may be amended by management without prior notice.
